Monty Python, NaNoWriMo, and I Get Scammed!!!
Saturday, October 31, 2009

You know I started this blog to talk about things that happen in my life and how events affect me. In the process I have also talked about my writing and other people's writing and highlighted some wonderful blogs. I have also met some great people and found that even though I consider my writing a series of mad meanderings a lot of you enjoy reading it.:) In fact, one person, Margaret whose blog is called Meditation and discusses its uses in your life, said that it was like "an online magazine". I thought I would share that with anyone who doesn't read the comments here.

Barbara...
ReplyDeleteWow...that rabbit trail of topics with twists and turns of drama, humour, and adventure! Congrats on the 2008 win! Another friend of mine is also participating in NaNoWriMo. I was like, "What is that?" and scrolled down on my live feed to see you posted your blog with the answer and the link. I love syncronicity!
Thank you Barbara, as always for the support...and to the readers out there who have visited, thank you for stopping by.
Everyone have fun on NaNoWriMo!
Namaste!

Marilyn,
ReplyDeleteGlad to have answered your question.:) I love your blog and it's always a pleasure for me to link my readers to it.:) Synchronicity is something that shows me that Fate is taking a hand. Have you ever picked up a phone to find the person you wanted to call on the other end?
Thank you for visiting and I too thank my readers for reading my meanderings. This was a very long and twisted week as you can see.:)
Good luck with NaNoWriMo! This will be my 2st year doing it!
ReplyDeleteHi moonduster,
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting. Good luck to you to. I haven't started writing yet:) I will add you as a buddy. My name is lionmother there. Is yours moonduster?
What a week you have had.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info on the scam.
I loved reading about Monty Python. I grew up in the UK so many phrases by MP are in everyday use even though the show is from the distant past. Re-runs are always funny and faves include the Ministry of Funny Walks and the skit about Spam (the tinned variety).
Best of luck with NaNo.
I'll keep checking by and thanks so much for the mention in your posting.
In the Flow....
Hi Margaret,
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, a lot of my weeks are like this. The day will go along fine when all of a sudden I'm in panic mode because something happened or I have a small window of time to do something. Or whole weeks will go by with relative calm and routine then comes a week like the last one. This one is also shaping up to be one of those too.:) Read more on my next post.
Thanks for visiting and I look forward to your next one.:)
